The new Shipping rates are as follows:

During the fitting process for the bras, items may be shipped back and forth several times.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  If the buyer then changes her mind and wishes to not purchase a bra, she is responsible for all shipping charges and other charges that Custom Comfort may have incurred including Paypal charges, printing charges, and restocking fees.

RETURNS

Any personal care items that are worn or washed may not be returned.  This is for sanitary reasons and there are no exceptions.  This includes all items sold by Custom Comfort (Diapers, Slings, and Lingerie).  Any item that is worn for more than 5 minutes is considered being worn.

If a bra is worn and the buyer realizes it is a wrong size, Paula will gladly make alterations to make the bra fit as best she can.  But, as it is already worn, the bra may not be returned.

If the customer wishes to return diapers or slings that are unworn, and unwashed, this may be done subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges and Paypal charges will not be refunded.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items that are defective in some way may be exchanged for an equivalent item from the manufacturer.  Please contact Custom Comfort for questions on manufacturer’s warranties or contact the manufacturer itself.
