Fitting yourself is simple if you follow these steps:

Keep in mind that some measurements should be taken while wearing a bra, and some without.  The measuring tape should be held snug but not tight while measuring.

For every measurement, always make sure the tape is at the same height in the front of you body as it is in the back.  Look at yourself sideways in the mirror to make sure, or have someone help you.

1.   Begin by measuring around the rib cage directly underneath the bust.  This is the "Rib Cage" measurement.  This measurement is fairly snug against your body.

2.   To find your "overbust" measurement, measure gently around the body across the high point or fullest point of the bustline while wearing a bra. This is a soft measurement.  Keep the measuring tape as loose as you can.  When the tape starts to slip you have the right measurement.

3.  Finally, find your "chest wall" measurement as indicated in the picture.  This is a snug measurement.  This measurement should be done with and without your bra.

Remember for all four measurements to look in the mirror sideways and make sure the tape goes straight across your back and doesn't slip lower than where it is in the front.  Email these measurements to me or call me and you are well on your way to wearing a more supportive, comfortable bra!  I will then calculate your size after asking you a few questions about your body type.
